This study was motivated by the still low dribbling ability of teenage athletes, characterized by a lack of ball control, agility, and coordination of movement while dribbling. The drill training method was chosen because it emphasizes systematic repetition of movements, thereby optimally improving mastery of basic techniques. This study employed an experimental method with a quantitative approach and a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study population consisted of 30 adolescent athletes from the RCB Bengkulu, while the sample comprised 20 athletes selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument used a zig-zag dribbling test measured in seconds. The intervention was administered over 12 sessions with a training frequency of three times per week. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, the Levene Test for homogeneity of variances, and hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample T-Test. The results of the study show that the average pre-test time of 16.17 seconds decreased to 14.13 seconds in the post-test. The percentage increase in dribbling skills was 12.63%. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the drill training method has a significant effect on basketball dribbling skills among adolescent athletes at the Bengkulu Club Basketball (RCB).
Duratul Nada Asura Dolly Apriansyah Apriansyah Azizatul Banat Copyright (c) 2026 EDURAFLESIA : Journal of Educational Innovation and Leadership 2026-07-23 2026-07-23 Kontribusi Kekuatan Otot Lengan dan Kecepatan Terhadap Hasil Olahraga Lempar Lembing di SMP Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan https://jurnal.yagasi.or.id/index.php/eduraflesia/article/view/94
This study aimed to determine the contribution of arm muscle strength and speed to javelin throw performance among students of SMP 3 Bengkulu Selatan. This research is a correlational study, which seeks to determine whether or not there is a relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The independent variables in this study are agility and speed, while the dependent variable is dribbling skill. The research sample was determined using a total sampling technique, involving all 20 players of Bengkulu Futsal Female Kota Bengkulu. The instruments used were the Illinois Agility Test, a 60-meter sprint test, and a dribbling skill test.

The results show that the agility test and dribbling skill obtained a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.951, greater than rtable = 0.4438, with a contribution of 90.44%. The speed test and dribbling skill obtained a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.991, greater than rtable = 0.4438, with a contribution of 98.20%. Jointly, agility and speed contributed to dribbling skill with a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.991, greater than rtable = 0.4438, with a contribution of 98.20%. It can be concluded that agility and speed make a significant and substantial contribution to the dribbling skill of futsal players at Bengkulu Futsal Female Kota Bengkulu.
Petlin Yupita Sari Martiani Martiani Dody Ertanto Copyright (c) 2026 EDURAFLESIA : Journal of Educational Innovation and Leadership 2026-07-23 2026-07-23 Pengaruh Latihan Interval terhadap Peningkatan Daya Tahan Otot Lengan pada Atlet Panjat Tebing Pemula di UKM Mapala UNIVED https://jurnal.yagasi.or.id/index.php/eduraflesia/article/view/95
This study aimed to determine the effect of interval training on improving arm muscle endurance among rock climbing athletes at the UKM Mapala Unived. Arm muscle endurance is an important component of physical fitness in rock climbing because it is directly related to an athlete’s ability to maintain muscle strength during climbing activities. The problem addressed in this study was the low level of arm muscle endurance among beginner rock climbing athletes at UKM Mapala Unived, thus requiring an effective training method to improve it. This study used an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study consisted of beginner rock climbing athletes at UKM Mapala Unived, with a sample of 10 participants. The research instruments included push-up, pull-up, plank, and dead hang tests to measure arm muscle endurance. The interval training program was conducted for 4 weeks with a training frequency of 3 times per week. The results of this study showed that there was an improvement in arm muscle endurance after the implementation of interval training. This was proven by the results of the t-test, which showed a significance value of 0.05, indicating that the hypothesis was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that interval training had a significant effect on improving arm muscle endurance among beginner rock climbing athletes at UKM Mapala Unived.
Wenti Listia Copyright (c) 2026 EDURAFLESIA : Journal of Educational Innovation and Leadership 2026-07-23 2026-07-23
