Author Fees (Article Processing Charge)

All articles published in EDURAFLESIA: Journal of Educational Innovation and Leadership are fully open access and freely available online to readers worldwide immediately upon publication. EDURAFLESIA is committed to supporting the broad dissemination of high-quality research in the field of educational research and digital learning.

To sustain our open-access publishing model and maintain high editorial standards, EDURAFLESIA applies an Article Processing Charge (APC). The APC covers the cost of:

  • Editorial management and peer-review administration

  • Provision of online submission and review systems

  • Professional layout and typesetting

  • DOI registration and metadata management

  • Article hosting and website maintenance

  • Abstracting and indexing services

  • Long-term digital archiving

  • Similarity checking (Turnitin or Plagiarism Checker X)

  • English proofreading

Submission and Review Policy

  • There are no submission fees and no charges during the peer-review process.

  • The APC is charged only after the manuscript has been editorially accepted.

APC Amount The Article Processing Charge for accepted manuscripts is: Rp. 3.000.000,- (IDR) or USD 175,-

Payment details will be sent to the corresponding author upon editorial acceptance. Publication will proceed once full payment has been received.

EDURAFLESIA: Journal of Educational Innovation and Leadership does not charge authors from outside Indonesia any submission or publication fees, and no costs are incurred for article processing or the review process.

We understand that financial circumstances can vary among authors, and we offer fee reductions for those in need. Please contact us to discuss this further.
