This study aims to determine the effect of drill training methods on basketball dribbling skills among adolescent athletes at the Bengkulu Basketball Club (RCB). This study was motivated by the still low dribbling ability of teenage athletes, characterized by a lack of ball control, agility, and coordination of movement while dribbling. The drill training method was chosen because it emphasizes systematic repetition of movements, thereby optimally improving mastery of basic techniques. This study employed an experimental method with a quantitative approach and a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study population consisted of 30 adolescent athletes from the RCB Bengkulu, while the sample comprised 20 athletes selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument used a zig-zag dribbling test measured in seconds. The intervention was administered over 12 sessions with a training frequency of three times per week. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, the Levene Test for homogeneity of variances, and hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample T-Test. The results of the study show that the average pre-test time of 16.17 seconds decreased to 14.13 seconds in the post-test. The percentage increase in dribbling skills was 12.63%. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the drill training method has a significant effect on basketball dribbling skills among adolescent athletes at the Bengkulu Club Basketball (RCB).
