Publication Ethics
This scientific code of ethics statement is a statement of the code of ethics of all parties involved in the publication process of this scientific journal, namely managers, editors, bestary partners, and authors. The Code of Ethics for Scientific Publication essentially upholds three ethical values in publication, namely (i) Neutrality, which is free from conflicts of interest in the management of publications; (ii) Fairness, which gives authorship rights to those entitled as authors; and (iii) Honesty, which is free from duplication, fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism in publications.

Publisher's Responsibility

Publishers are responsible for publishing manuscripts after going through the editing, reviewing, and layout process in accordance with the rules for publishing Scientific Journals.
The publisher is responsible for ensuring academic freedom for editors and bestary partners in carrying out their respective duties.
The publisher is responsible for maintaining privacy and protecting intellectual property and copyright, and editorial freedom.
Editor Responsibilities

The editor of Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Indonesia (JPMI) is responsible for deciding which manuscripts are worthy of publication through editorial board meetings that refer to applicable legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
In the process of reviewing and accepting manuscripts, the editorial team of Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Indonesia (JPMI) is based on the principle of equal treatment in making decisions to publish manuscripts by not distinguishing between race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political ideology of the author.
The editor and editorial team of Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Indonesia (JPMI) will not disclose any information about the manuscript or manuscript except with the author's permission.
Unpublished manuscripts will not be used by the research editors of Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Indonesia (JPMI) for their own interests and will be returned directly to the author.

Bestary Partners of Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Indonesia (JPMI) assist editors in making editorial decisions on incoming manuscripts.

Bestary partners of Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Indonesia (JPMI) are responsible for the recommendations of the manuscripts they review.
Manuscript reviews are carried out objectively, and supported by clear arguments.
Bestary partners of Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Indonesia (JPMI) are responsible for citations, references, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism of the manuscripts they review.
Bestary partners of Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Indonesia (JPMI) must always maintain the confidentiality of information and not use information from the manuscripts they review for personal gain/interest.

Author's Responsibility

Authors must present the manuscript of their thoughts or research clearly, honestly, and without duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
The author is responsible for the confirmation submitted on the manuscript that has been written.
The author must indicate the reference of the opinions and works of others quoted.
Authors must write manuscripts ethically, honestly and responsibly, in accordance with applicable scientific writing regulations.
The authors do not double submit to other journals while the process at the Indonesian Community Service Journal (JPMI) is still ongoing.
The author does not object if the manuscript undergoes editing in the review and layout process without changing the substance or main idea of the writing.
