The problem in this study is that students' learning outcomes in Pancasila and Civics Education are low. This is because the teaching process has been dominated by educators, resulting in students being passive and less actively involved in learning activities. Students perceive Pancasila and Civics Education as boring and uninteresting. This is due to the theoretical delivery of the material and the minimal use of varied learning media. This study aims to determine the effect of pop-up books on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students in SD Negeri 1 Sukapadang Cukuh Balak Tanggamus. The method used in this study was quantitative, using a pre-experimental, one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques included tests and documentation. The results of this study indicate that based on data analysis using a paired sample t-test, the significance (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05, thus concluding that "there is an effect of pop-up book media on the learning outcomes of Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (National Citizenship Education) students in grade V at SD Negeri 1 Sukapadang Cukuh Balak Tanggamus."
