The Effect of Using Card Sort Learning Media on Fifth Grade Science Learning Achievement at Beringin Raya Elementary School 2, Bandar Lampung

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the learning achievement of students is still low. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the use of card sort learning media on the learning achievement of science in class V students at SD Negeri 2 Beringin Raya Bandar Lampung. The research design used is one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study was 115 students and the sample used was 28 students. The research sampling technique used random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used tests and documentation techniques. The results of the research carried out by the researcher it can be seen that the results of hypothesis of the paired sample t test with a significant level (2-tailed) of 0.000 ˂ 0.05. This means that H_a is accepted and H_ο is rejected. Thus, the use of card sort learning media has an effect on the science achievement of class V students of SD Negeri 2 Beringin Raya Bandar Lampung
